Why can't I get Amira to load? (DC)
If you are unable to load Amira, please complete the troubleshooting checklist below:
- On the same school-issued device, try to open another website. If it doesn't work, it may not be connected to the internet or may have limited bandwidth.
- Check for browser updates.
- Clear your cache by following these instructions.
- Close other apps or programs that may be slowing your device down, especially if those devices also require a microphone (Zoom, etc.)
