What happens if Amira can't hear us?
If you are using a headset, this could explain why Amira can't hear you. We recommend not using a headset, and instead using a quiet space for reading. The device internal microphone should work well at home.
Amira sometimes displays an alert when it detects a disabled microphone and verbally prompts the student to get help.
