Tracking Report FAQ's

This article provides answers to some common questions surrounding the Amira Tracking Report.

Student shows as Complete on the Tracking Report, but does not appear in other reports

At times, a student may show as Complete on the Tracking Report, but will not show in other reports. This may be due to flagged audio needing to be manually reviewed. Please report this to Amira Support by emailing support@amiralearning.com with the District Name, School Name, Class Name and Student Name.

Student shows as Under Review on the Tracking Report

The Under Review status on the Tracking Report shows that a student's assessment has been flagged for review. This review process can take up to 72 hours. If the status remains after that, please report this to Amira Support by emailing support@amiralearning.com with the District Name, School Name, Class Name and Student Name.

Student shows as Early Reader on the Tracking Report, but does not appear in other reports

If a student is labeled as an Early Reader, they may have no score listed across other Amira reports because there was not enough information produced from their reading of the ORF to generate valid and reliable data about the foundational skills they know. This status means that students require early emergent literacy development outside of Amira, and are not candidates for using Amira Practice yet.

Student shows as Scoring on the Tracking Report for more than 24 Hours

We suggest reassigning the assessment or emailing support@amiralearning.com with the District Name, School Name, Class Name and Student Name.
